Here are the detailed steps for our customization process:Select the item you want to customize.

1. Choose the size and quantity.

2. Fill in the shipping information online and proceed to payment.

3. After payment, our designer will create a sticker mockup within 12 hours and notify you via email.

4. Once you confirm the mockup, production will begin immediately. If the mockup is not confirmed within 7 working days, it will be considered approved, and production will start automatically. If you need to extend the confirmation period, please leave a message on the order or inform us by phone.

5. Regarding production time:

   • Taiwan:

     • Regular items will be delivered within 7 working days after mockup confirmation, averaging 4-5 days.

     • Urgent items take 2-3 working days, with an additional 35% fee on the sticker production cost; for example, if the original price is 1000 TWD, it will be 1350 TWD.

   • Singapore/Malaysia:

     • Ships within 5 days + 7-8 days shipping (Shipping fee $200)

     • Ships within 5 days + 2-3 days shipping (Express $500)

     • Ships within 3 days + 2-3 days shipping (Urgent fee 35% + Express $500)

   • Hong Kong/Macau:

     • Ships within 5 days + 2-3 days shipping (Shipping fee $150)

     • Ships within 2-3 days + 2-3 days shipping (Urgent fee 35% + Shipping fee $150)
