Revisit Youthful Passions with Kookie Funk: A Journey of "Youth Sprinting"

Today, StickerHD has the honor of strolling down memory lane with Kookie Funk through his artwork at the "After School Memories! Theme Joint Exhibition" held at Lifang Old House.

Not long ago, Kookie Funksparked intense discussions across social media with his breathtaking 360-degree panoramic illustration of "Slam Dunk: Shannoh vs. Shohoku." It's hard to believe that drawing was merely a childhood hobby for him; he didn't decide to pursue professional art creation seriously until 2017, when he resolutely quit his job to immerse himself entirely in studying and challenging his artistic skills.

For the "After School Memories! Theme Joint Exhibition," Kookie Funk drew inspiration from his original manga "Youth Sprinting" to conceptualize the "Ultimate Love Letter on Earth."

The love letter merchandise pack includes three "Youth Sprinting" Postcards and a bonus sticker accessory pack, allowing everyone to freely design their own fun comic postcards.

The front of the postcards allows you to freely fill in witty dialogues inside the characters' speech bubbles.

Speaking of "Youth Sprinting," reading it instantly reminded our editor of the childhood heart-throbbing moment when secretly reading Master Masakazu Katsura's masterpiece "I''s." To our surprise, it was precisely another classic work of his, "Video Girl Ai," that deeply influenced the archetype of Kookie Funk's creative style.

Moreover, the bold imaginations of future worlds in the sci-fi works of that era deeply inspired Kookie Funk.
