Some of our products support Ultra Wide Color RGB printing, so if your file is in RGB color mode, it can be used directly without converting to CMYK.

My file is in RGB color mode - can it still be printed?

We offer Pantone spot color printing, but it requires a separate quotation.

Does my file need bleed?

Is there any difference in bleed and file setup between Sticker Sheets and Die-Cut Stickers?

By selecting "Yes, back printing is needed. The file includes back design, +1 working day" when placing your order, the system will automatically calculate the additional printing cost.

Can the backing paper of the sticker be printed on?

If the total amount for a single item reaches NT$10,000 or more, we offer one free sample print for that item.

Can I request a sample for my sticker?

It depends on the situation, but we typically use the mass production process. Please note that there may be slight differences in material and color.

If I’m ordering a larger quantity of stickers and need a sample, will the sample and the final mass production use the same process and materials?

If your primary need is for writing, unlaminated paper stickers are the most suitable choice.

Can I write on the stickers?

We use high-quality UV-resistant printing that won’t fade for at least 3 years!

Are the stickers UV-resistant? Will they fade?

We can assist with basic background removal, but if the design is complex, we'll do our best — please understand that the result may not be perfectly precise.

Can you help remove the background from my file?

Can the finished stickers be returned for re-cutting?

At the moment, we do not support combining different sticker effects in a single order.

The price already includes the cut line fee. For Holographic products, the price also includes both the cut line and white ink fees.

Color differences between batches are normal due to variations in material lots and machine calibration.

Why is the color of my reorder different from the previous batch?

Screens use the RGB color mode, while printing is done in CMYK, which means colors on screen tend to appear more vibrant, while printed results may look slightly darker.
