How would you bid farewell to your loved ones? This is Sunny's way. While sorting through Dr. Cheng’s belongings, his granddaughter discovered an orthopedic manuscript from her grandfather’s younger days. She immediately scanned the entire manuscript into a digital file and brought it to the StickerHD office.

"Please help me turn these materials into stickers!"

After some discussion, we decided to use tracing paper stickers to print the exquisite hand-drawings by her grandfather, which still seem to carry the lingering charm of fountain pens from six decades ago. We chose black cardstock for the printed cover to replicate the appearance of the doctor's notebook, and selected the shoulder section of the manuscript to be printed as a card: Symbolizing that we all stand on the shoulders of our predecessors, remembering our roots and origins.

We are grateful to Sunny, this thoughtful granddaughter, for her 100% trust in StickerHD, allowing us to fully unleash our creativity. We hope to bring a touch of warmth to the solemn farewell for the family.

Eulogy

Dr. Cheng Jun-Da’s final clinic date was April 28, 2021. Two months later, his health rapidly declined, and on June 21 at noon, he peacefully passed away surrounded by his closest family members. Our respected father and grandfather, who devoted over sixty years to healing and saving lives, formed countless bonds through his work. Meticulous in thought, upright in character, he spent his entire life as "Dr. Cheng." Sorting through Dr. Cheng’s notes left behind during his time as a resident at National Taiwan University Hospital in 1962, we see that his writing reflects his heart, and his handwriting mirrors his personality—delicate, rigorous, and responsible. His spirit burns brightly, forever illuminating our hearts.
