Customization Process and Delivery Time
Here are the detailed steps for our customization process:Select the item you want to customize.
Choose the size and quantity.
Fill in the shipping information online and proceed to payment.
After payment, our designer will create a sticker mockup within 12 hours and notify you via email.
Once you confirm the mockup, production will begin immediately. If the mockup is not confirmed within 7 working days, it will be considered approved, and production will start automatically. If you need to extend the confirmation period, please leave a message on the order or inform us by phone.
Regarding production time: Different products have different lead times. Please make sure to check the production time and selected shipping option on the product page before placing your order.
