After you complete payment, our artwork team will upload your proof to the order page within 1 business day. You will also receive a notification at your registered email address.
Once you receive the notification, return to the order page and click Check Mockup to check the artwork.
If everything is correct, click Confirm production. This confirms that we may proceed with the current proof, and no further changes can be made.
If you need changes or have questions about the artwork, leave us a message. If no changes are needed, please do not leave a message, as the system may interpret it as a request for further adjustments.
For orders containing multiple items, all item proofs must be approved before the full order is scheduled for production. The production lead time is counted from the following day.
