Here is our ordering process:
Step 1:
Choose the product you would like to customize.
Step 2:
Select the size and quantity.
Step 3:
Enter your shipping details online and complete checkout and payment.
Step 4:
After payment, our artwork team will prepare your sticker proof within 1 business day and notify you by email.
Step 5:
Production begins once you approve the proof. If the proof remains unconfirmed for more than 7 business days, it will be treated as approved and production will begin. If you need more time to review it, please leave a message on your order or call us.
Standard orders: Ship within 5 business days of production after proof approval; rush production takes 2–3 business days.
Holographic cards, shaped cards, and pin badges: Ship within 7 business days of production after proof approval; rush production takes 4 business days.
Header cards and backing cards: Ship within 6 business days of production after proof approval.
UV DTF transfer stickers: Ship within 7 business days of production after proof approval.
Rush service is not available for label stickers, header cards, backing cards, or UV DTF transfer stickers.
Rush orders incur a 35% production surcharge plus NT$200 for expedited shipping (same-day motorcycle courier within Taipei and New Taipei, or postal express delivery). For example, an order with a base production price of NT$1,000 costs NT$1,350 for rush production, plus expedited shipping. The minimum rush production surcharge is NT$200.
Note: Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. These production and shipping timeframes apply to deliveries within Taiwan, not international orders.
