For sticker sheets, allow sufficient bleed, safe margins, and spacing around both the individual kiss-cut lines and the final sheet trim line. This helps prevent cutting variations from affecting your artwork.
Individual Kiss-Cut Requirements
Kiss-cut line: The cut position for each individual design.
Kiss-cut bleed: Extend the artwork at least 1.5 mm beyond each kiss-cut line to prevent white edges caused by cutting variations.
Safe margin for important content: Keep text, logos, and important graphics at least 1 mm inside each kiss-cut line.
Spacing between kiss-cut lines: Leave at least 1 mm between the cut lines of different designs.
Finished Sheet Size Requirements
Final trim line: The cut position that defines the finished size of the entire sticker sheet.
Trim bleed: Extend backgrounds or artwork at least 2 mm beyond the final trim line.
Safe margin for important content: Keep text, logos, and important graphics at least 3 mm inside the final trim line.
Spacing between kiss-cut and sheet trim lines: Leave at least 3 mm between the outermost kiss-cut line and the final sheet trim line.
