If you have paid but have not yet approved the proof, we will arrange a full or partial refund according to your payment method. For credit card payments, the refund timing depends on your bank's processing schedule and is usually around 2–3 weeks.
If you have both paid and approved the proof, no refund will be provided unless the stickers have a significant defect.
