If the order value for a single item is NT$10,000 or more, that item qualifies for one free sample run. For items below NT$10,000, place a separate order for the product's minimum order quantity as your sample run.
For example, sticker design A qualifies for one free sample run if its order value exceeds NT$10,000. If design B is below NT$10,000, you will need to order its minimum quantity separately for sampling.
For larger quantities or sizes, samples are produced on a digital printing machine using the corresponding sample materials. This takes approximately 3–5 business days.
After you approve the sample, the full production run will use mass-production equipment and materials. Because these differ from the sampling setup, the final colors and material characteristics may vary slightly. We will do our best to bring the production result as close as possible to the approved sample.
