Can I combine two different sticker effects in one design?

We use high-quality UV-resistant printing that won’t fade for at least 3 years!

Are the stickers UV-resistant? Will they fade?

Can the finished stickers be returned for re-cutting?

Make sure to leave at least 4mm of space between each design, and keep a 1.5 to 2mm margin between the artwork and the edge of the sheet.

Is there any difference in bleed and file setup between Sticker Sheets and Die-Cut Stickers?

We offer Pantone spot color printing, but it requires a separate quotation.

Can you print Pantone colors?

We can assist with basic background removal, but if the design is complex, we'll do our best — please understand that the result may not be perfectly precise.

Can you help remove the background from my file?

Some of our products support Ultra Wide Color RGB printing, so if your file is in RGB color mode, it can be used directly without converting to CMYK.

My file is in RGB color mode - can it still be printed?

By selecting "Yes, back printing is needed. The file includes back design, +1 working day" when placing your order, the system will automatically calculate the additional printing cost.

Can the backing paper of the sticker be printed on?

Please add a 2mm bleed to ensure there are no white edges after trimming.

Does my file need bleed?

It depends on the situation, but we typically use the mass production process. Please note that there may be slight differences in material and color.

If I’m ordering a larger quantity of stickers and need a sample, will the sample and the final mass production use the same process and materials?

If your primary need is for writing, unlaminated paper stickers are the most suitable choice.

Can I write on the stickers?

Yes, you can — but please note that each item must correspond to one design only.

Can I combine all my designs into one file and upload it under just one item in the order?

Please make sure to convert all text to outlines and embed all images in your file.

Is there anything I should check before uploading my file to the order?

If the total amount for a single item reaches NT$10,000 or more, we offer one free sample print for that item.

Can I request a sample for my sticker?

We support most common image file formats, including .png, .jpg, .psd, .pdf, .ai, .tiff, and .gif, so feel free to upload your file with confidence.
